这里说明官网和工作台现在提供什么、哪些入口仍为演示，以及平台账号与项目合作之间的边界。
01 · 适用范围
本协议适用于你浏览和使用由郑好青年（郑州）数字科技有限公司运营的 zhqn.space 官网与工作台。使用前，请阅读本协议及隐私政策。
本协议规范官网和账号功能的基本使用。参与项目合作前还需确认平台合作协议；具体项目的服务范围、费用、周期、交付物、验收、知识产权、保密和售后，以平台内经双方确认的任务确认单及其他明确约定为准。
02 · 当前功能状态
工作台登录和短信验证码为真实功能。手机号验证成功后可登录；未注册手机号会创建平台账号。企业端和交付端在完成相应认证并确认平台合作协议后，才能参与真实项目流程。
招募申请、官网需求咨询表单和右下角咨询面板仍为演示功能，其中的文字不会作为真实申请提交或发送给客服。
验证码只用于登录核验，请勿转发。项目范围、价格、周期和交付标准，以平台内经双方确认的任务确认单及适用协议为准。
03 · 项目咨询与合作
官网中的服务介绍、案例、示意图、流程和常见问题用于帮助理解业务，不自动构成对某一项目的报价、承诺或验收标准。平台会先帮助企业整理需求，再形成可核对的任务与完整费用。
任何实际项目的委托、分工、价格、付款、进度、验收及后续支持，以企业在工作台确认的任务确认单、平台合作协议及其他明确约定为准。
04 · 合理使用
请以合法、诚信的方式使用官网。不要攻击网站、绕过访问控制、批量抓取影响服务、冒用他人身份，或通过联系渠道发送违法、侵权、骚扰及恶意内容。你向我们提供项目资料时，应确保有权提供，并避免在公开或演示入口填写不必要的敏感信息。
如果我们发现明显危害网站安全或他人权益的行为，可以采取与风险相称的措施，并依法处理。
05 · 网站内容与知识产权
除另有标注或第三方权利外，官网的品牌标识、设计、文字、图片、视频和页面内容由我们或相关权利人享有合法权益。你可以为了解服务而正常浏览与分享页面链接；未经授权，不得将网站内容用于冒充品牌、批量转载或商业再利用。
官网展示的客户名称、项目画面与第三方标识归各自权利人所有。展示案例不意味着你取得其中的软件、素材或商标的使用许可。
06 · 第三方服务
官网可能链接企业微信、微信公众号、邮箱、电话及政府备案查询网站。进入外部服务后，其服务规则和隐私政策由相应服务提供方说明。我们会尽合理努力维护链接准确性，但不能代替第三方管理其服务。
07 · 网站运行与规则更新
我们会尽合理努力维持官网可访问，但可能因维护、网络故障或不可控原因短时中断。对于依法不能排除或限制的责任，本协议不作排除。有关项目服务质量与违约责任，按双方具体合同及适用法律处理。
我们可因业务和网站功能调整更新本协议，并在本页注明新的生效日期。对你有重大影响的变化，我们会通过适当方式提示；更新后的规则适用于生效后的官网使用。
08 · 争议与联系
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因官网使用产生争议时，欢迎先与我们沟通；协商不成的，可依法通过有管辖权的人民法院解决。本条不影响你依法享有的消费者或个人信息权益。

What the website and workspace offer today, which interfaces remain demonstrations, and how platform accounts relate to project cooperation.
01 · Scope
These terms apply to your use of zhqn.space and its workspace, operated by Zhenghao Youth (Zhengzhou) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy.
These terms govern basic website and account use. Project participation also requires acceptance of the platform cooperation agreement. Each project's scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, acceptance, intellectual property, confidentiality and support are governed by the confirmed task confirmation and other clear agreements in the platform.
02 · Current feature status
Workspace sign-in and SMS verification are live features. A verified phone number can sign in, and a number not yet registered creates a platform account. Enterprise and delivery users must complete the applicable verification and accept the platform cooperation agreement before joining a real project workflow.
Recruitment, website inquiry forms and the consultation panel remain demonstrations. Text entered there is not submitted as an application or sent to support.
Verification codes are for sign-in only and must not be shared. Project scope, price, schedule and acceptance standards are governed by the confirmed task confirmation and applicable agreements in the platform.
03 · Inquiries and cooperation
Service descriptions, examples, illustrations, workflows and FAQs help explain our work; they are not an automatic quote, commitment or acceptance standard. The platform first helps an enterprise organize its needs, then produces tasks and complete pricing for review.
Assignment, roles, price, payment, schedule, acceptance and support for a real project are governed by the task confirmation accepted in the workspace, the platform cooperation agreement and other clear agreements.
04 · Proper use
Use the website lawfully and in good faith. Do not attack the site, bypass access controls, scrape at a level that disrupts service, impersonate others, or send unlawful, infringing, harassing or malicious content through contact channels. Make sure you have the right to share any project materials, and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into public or demo interfaces.
If conduct clearly threatens site security or others' rights, we may take proportionate measures and act in accordance with applicable law.
05 · Website content and rights
Unless otherwise noted or owned by a third party, the brand, design, text, images, videos and page content are protected interests of us or their respective rightsholders. You may browse the site and share its links to learn about our services; do not impersonate the brand, republish content at scale or reuse it commercially without authorization.
Customer names, project visuals and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Displaying a case study does not grant a license to the software, material or marks in it.
06 · External services
The site may link to WeCom, an official account, email, phone and government filing pages. The relevant provider explains its own terms and privacy rules. We take reasonable care with links, but do not manage third-party services.
07 · Availability and updates
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, although maintenance, network faults or events beyond our control may interrupt it. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Project quality and breach issues are handled under the specific contract and applicable law.
We may update these terms as the business or website changes and show the new effective date here. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Updated terms apply to website use after they take effect.
08 · Disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We welcome discussion first if a dispute arises from website use; otherwise, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. This does not affect rights you have under consumer or personal information law.
